THEME:

Create That Tune

Like physical art, songs come in infinite variations: there are countless numbers of genres, styles, moods, and messages.

If you were to choose one song that best depicts your artwork, what would it be? Get creative! There are so many to choose from!

The Title of every artwork in this Showcase will be the name of a song and. its performer.

This allows the artist three options:

1.     Create a new artwork based on an existing song.

2.     Select an artwork from your portfolio and re-name it with the most befitting song title.

3.     For artists who are also musicians: compose a new song and create an artwork based on that original song.

*Submissions will be judged on a point system, with 80% of points be awarded according to the artistic quality of the work, and 20% being awarded according to the creativity shown in expressing the song and/or in pairing your piece with a song.

The title of your artwork should be the name of the song and the performing musician, band, or group.

(Example: “Human Touch – Bruce Springsteen”)
