Modern Fossils is excited to announce that 3 of our pieces will be hanging in the group exhibition "(Your) Open Studios @ City Hall" in Jersey City, NJ! This Exhibit will be on view in the City Hall's Rotunda Gallery from July 5th - July 31st.

The three chosen Modern Fossils are: "ICU: #Stayhome", "Quaran-Time", and HEROS" #Gratitude".

Exhibition Theme:

What have artists been working on in their studios during the past year? This Exhibit features work in various media, all created in the studio during the global pandemic.

Whether it’s new work influenced by the pandemic, or older work finished during the collective down time, every artist has a story to tell through their art about the past year.

Some documented life as they saw it, while others ignored the evening news to rediscover beauty in visual art; but every living artists’ life in the studio was touched by the events of last year.
